Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 CAD (before tax).

For all other orders, flat-rate shipping rates apply:

  • $14.95 CAD flat rate for deliveries within British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec.

  • $24.95 CAD flat rate for deliveries to all other Canadian provinces and territories.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

We are located in Invermere in south-eastern British Columbia, and delivery times vary by location.

  • BC and Alberta: approximately 2–5 business days

  • All other provinces and territories: approximately 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using Canada Post, FedEx or Purolator, depending on destination and package size.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup at our warehouse in Invermere, British Columbia.

  • Select Local Pickup at checkout

  • You will receive an email with pickup instructions and scheduling details when your order is ready.  

  • Pickup is available by appointment only

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Tax Information

Taxes are calculated at checkout. GST applies to all products. PST exemption applies to qualifying children’s clothing in BC.
